Pick Your Own Apples 2025

We are thrilled to announce that our Pick Your Own apple season begins on 8-30-2024.  It is $2.25/lb for picking your own. You can also purchase a bag that holds 5-6 lbs. and is $9.95.

North Hanley Location

Depending on weather it will vary from year to year, but for the most part the following timeline will be accurate.

This includes pick your own and availability in the market.

Honeycrisp: First 20 trees in orchard, late August into early September

Jonagold: 60 trees in rows after Honeycrisp, Jonathon and Golden Delicious mix, sweet and tart taste, very crisp. Late August-early September

Empire: 60 trees (rows 4-5) Red Delicious and Macintosh Mix, Sweet, tart and Crisp. Early-Mid September

Evercrisp: Known for being crisp and juicy. Its a Fuji and Honeycrisp hybrid.

Gibson Gold: 50 Trees (Rows 6-7) Golden Delicious Hybrid, Sweet and Very juicy, Early- Mid September

Fuji:‘ September Wonder’ variety. 55 trees (rows 8-9) Very crisp, juicy, sweet. Perfect eating apple. Mid-Late September

Ambrosia: Great eating apple, very juicy and sweet with a softer skin and crunch. Known to be easier to digest and browns much less than other apples after cutting

Enterprise: Mix of golden delicious, starking and rome. Holds in storage exceptionally well and great for baking or eating. Tart. 60 trees (rows 10-11) Late September into early October
